July 16 2013 : Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh Removes & Ignores Complaints From Their Customers
Below are copies of what was posted on Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh's Facebook Page today, July 16, 2013 by customers who have been wronged where almost all of the posts from these individuals have been deleted.
Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh does not value the opinions of their customers (former, current, or potential). If they did value the opinions of their customers, then there would have been a response towards some sort of resolution instead of DELETING the pleas of unsatisfied customers. "World Class Customer Service?!?" Hardly! This behavior confirms, at least for me, that once Mr. Rooter gets your money upfront, they don't care what happens after they have money in-hand. Using Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh is a HUGE risk many people today can't afford to take. I find that choosing to use a Mr. Rooter franchise or any of their sister companies is riskier than investing in the stock market.
