Mr Rooter of Pittsburgh/Cranberry PA Has More BBB Complaints Than Gillece!

For those who live in the Pittsburgh area, many people are familiar with the poor reputation Gillece has through the news and reading complaints by their customers and employees online as well as hearing them in-person.  The experiences shared by Gillece customers sound nearly identical to the experiences shared by Mr. Rooter customers.

In fact, Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh has the distinction of accumulating more complaints than Gillece with the BBB within the last 12 months.  So, Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh's business practices are becoming less ethical, not more ethical!  Remember, the same owner of Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania also operates Mr. Rooter of Youngstown Ohio, Mr. Rooter of Dayton Ohio, and Mr. Rooter of Weirton.   Same owner, same implemented business practices.

The BBB posts the complaints online which allows consumers to read the situations for themselves because the BBB doesn't use logic or reasoning when they are making their determinations.  If a business responds, then the BBB determines that they tried regardless of the content.

Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh BBB: "F" Rating

Mr. Rooter of Youngstown Ohio BBB: "F" Rating

Mr. Rooter of Dayton Ohio BBB: "A+" Rating

Gillece BBB: "B-" Rating

Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Owner Robert "Bob" A. Beall is reportedly the owner of the following locations:

Mr. Rooter of Pittsburgh

Mr. Rooter of Youngstown
Mr. Rooter of Dayton
Mr. Rooter of Weirton

Recently, this website refers to this owner's businesses above: - an umbrella for all of the areas that he has declared to be officially serving; however, I recall them serving Ohio before they had officially bought the area.

Technically, there have been several different websites they have used to switch things up and get search engines to bury the truth about their unethical business practices which have been reported by myself, other consumers, and even their former employees:  False Advertising; Breach of Contract, Shoddy Workmanship; and Nearly Non-Existent Customer Service.
